Warm and cosy – lots of pillows and blankets. Small tasting cups for the coffee and alcohol.

The Coffees
Decide on your coffee blends and then pair them with your favourite alcohols. Try to get a mixture of African blends as well as South American and Middle Eastern flavours, just to challenge the palate a bit!

The Drinks
As far as drinks go, get some sweet and bitter options. Whisky, rum and brandy are great choices, but also look at amaretto, flavoured schnapps, cream and citrus liqueurs.

The Chocolates
Here, you can go crazy and try out all your favourites. Seriously, the sky is the limit. Just make sure you’ve got an assortment of chocolates.

This will no doubt turn out to be quite the decadent evening so you’re going to have to pace yourself, but it will be well worth it!
